Industrial Semi-Auto Filling & Batching

The Semi-Automatic Industrial filling scales are designed to control up to 20 devices with memory for 100 recipes! Operators will start the filling process with a push button. Scale will meet your desired weight for that product and stop the filling process for that ingredient. Fill any container with food ingredients, chemicals, water etc. The indicator can display the ingredient that is currently be added. Batching or Recipes can be programmed for a seamless filling process of multiple ingredients, mixing requirements, and device control.

SINGLE INGREDIENT (Pail Filling To 20 lb.) EXAMPLE VIDEO BELOW:

Operator places empty pail on the scale & presses start button

Scale will automatically tare the pail and pump will begin the filling process. Pump will fill the pail to 20 lb. Once scale has reached 20 lb. the pump will shut off.

RECIPE & BATCH FILLING EXAMPLE:

Operator presses the start button.

Ingredient 1 turns on pump to add 100 pounds of product 1 and shuts off when 100 pounds is met.

Ingredient 2 turns on pump to add 500 pounds of product 2 and shuts off when 500 pounds is met.

Ingredient 3 turns on pump to add 300 pounds of product 3 and shuts off when 300 pounds is met.

Scale will now start a mixer for 30 minutes.

Scale will now flash a large industrial light to let operators know batch is complete.

Relay & External Relay Box

The Industrial 10A rated relays are housed in a minimum IP66 external relay box enclosure that can be mounted on a wall. For heavy washdown environments we recommend our IP69k enclosure. The external relay enclosure is constructed of FRP or Stainless Steel.

Operator Friendly

Industrial Scale provides easy to use and operate instructions with all their filling scales.

Large multi-segment display that uses logical prompts let the user know if the scale is waiting for the operator to start the filling process, paused or has completed.

Networking Capability

Support for Ethernet to improve integration into larger control systems
